This outstanding, large, luxury 5 star, Derbyshire self- catering cottage is located amidst a peaceful rural setting within 10 acres of private pastureland and landscaped gardens, with beautiful views over the valley and fields. Located less than 2 miles from the historic market town of Ashbourne and a short drive to the interesting market and spa towns of Wirksworth, Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton it is centrally located to explore all the many activities and attractions that Derbyshire and the Peak District have to offer.
Large groups for birthdays, celebrations, hen parties and families are most welcome. There is an option to hire our hot tub and sauna, catering and pampering can also be arranged. For the children we have three adorable donkeys and chickens to feed daily.
Here at Offcote Grange you are now able to have your wedding reception here, using Tipi’s, Yurts and Marquees in our beautiful grounds.
Billy’s Bothy is an exceptional self- catering cottage built of old handmade red bricks and Staffordshire blue roof tiles with an abundance of revealed beams and brick walls throughout. Converted from an old workers bothy it now provides a large luxury cottage with all modern amenities for you to enjoy. Wi fi and LCD tv’s are provided throughout the cottage.
The cottage has 3 ground floor bedrooms, two double and one twin all with en-suite shower rooms. There is an optional 6th en suite annex bedroom next to these which can be hired separately if required. With a mix of underfloor heating, radiators and log fires this cottage is cosy all year around.
On the first floor are two more double bedrooms one with en-suite shower and the other with an en suite bathroom. The bathrooms are beautifully fitted with chrome fixtures and fittings adding a touch of class and luxury. The bedrooms are furnished with handmade old pine furniture, brass and cast iron beds add further character to this beautiful cottage.
The total sleeping capacity of Billy’s Bothy is for 10 or 12 in actual full size beds. The lounge has a double quality bed settee, with private entrance to a shared en-suite bathroom. There are four single bed chairs within the bedrooms giving a total sleeping capacity of 12+4 + 2 travel cots.
The kitchen is furnished with pine units with the luxury of quality granite worktops and a pottery Belfast sink. It has every appliance you would wish for including an electric halogen double oven electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker auto washer, dishwasher, tumble drier, wine cooler and fridge freezer.
The spacious lounge with cosy log burning stove is on the 1st floor and opens out onto a patio with cottage garden and well stocked orchard. Patio furniture and BBQ are provided.

This fabulous large, luxury, self-catering, character cottage dates from 1709 and is Grade II listed. Built in mellow sandstone, Hillside Croft, has oak beams in every room, inglenook fireplaces with cosy wood burning stoves .and pretty leaded and mullioned windows add charm to this wonderful cottage. Nestling quietly amidst 6 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and pastureland this cottage is a delight. There is ample, private off road parking. Located in the gardens you have your own private hot tub, chimera and garden furniture to help you to relax and unwind.
Located in the Derbyshire Dales at the edge of the Peak District National Park and just over 1 mile from Carsington Water and central to all the many attractions and activities that Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire have to offer. Close to the historic Market and Spa towns of Ashbourne, Bakewell, Matlock, Wirksworth and Buxton. The area has some amazing scenery and fantastic walks for all abilities.
There are 5 comfortable bedrooms (one is accessed via another), four of which are double and one twin giving sleeping capacity for 10 . Within these rooms are 4 further single beds and 2 single bed chairs giving total sleeping for 14 plus two if required. Hair dryers are provided in all rooms.
We provide 2 travel cots and two high chairs. All bedrooms at this luxury holiday cottage are furnished to a high standard with handmade antique pine furniture and co-ordinated furnishings. The floors are a mix of carpets, oak, tiled and stone floors lending character and warmth. There is one en suite bathroom and a fabulous master bathroom which has both a roll top bath and a walk in shower. There is a 3rd WC on the ground floor.
The lounge is separate to the dining room and both have magnificent oak beamed ceilings and warm log burning stoves. In the lounge are 3 comfortable sofa's for cosy evenings in with friends and family, a TV with teletext, video recorder, DVD player and Ipod dock are provided for your entertainment.There is Wi-Fi and full oil central heating.
The dining room has a large farmhouse table seating 10 to 14 with ease. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the creative chef will require. There are antique hand made pine kitchen units with a double French pottery sink set in tiled and marble worktops.
An automatic washer, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge and fridge freezer, microwave and full electric halogen cooker with double oven are provided as well as many smaller items. The windows overlook the beautiful cottage gardens, with mint, lemon balm, chives, black currents and fruit trees.

The terraced cottages known as New Houses were built around 1840 high above Miller's Dale, surrounded by the unique landscape of the Peak.
Sympathetically restored to create an attractive holiday home, No.3 offers wonderful walks from the doorstep and many other Peak attractions within a short drive.
Nearby Litton has excellent pub food and a proper village shop open every day. There are more shops and pubs in Tideswell, famous for the "Cathedral of the Peak". If you're looking for a green holiday, all this is within walking distance and there's also a daily bus from the door to Bakewell..

Bank Top Cottage is a comfortable and well equipped holiday cottage n the very heart of the Peak District National Park sleeping up to 4 people (two en-suite bedrooms)
The front door opens into the cosy lounge with comfortable settees, dining area, TV, DVD and games and wi-fi. Through the arched door way is the kitchen, well equipped with ceramic hob and cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms: a double and a twin both with their own en-suite shower rooms, each with WC and wash basin.
There is an attractive south facing garden area with views over Millers Dale to the Monsal Trail. Garden furniture and barbecue provided. Bikes can be stored (please ask).
Linen and towels central heating, fuel, power and wi-fi are included. A cot, high chair and stair gate can be requested. Ample parking is available at the cottage. Smoking is not permitted. Access for people with disabilities may be difficult (please call if you wish to discuss).
Well behaved pets and children are welcome.
Millers Dale itself is a small tranquil village, surrounded by tree-clad hills, in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales. There is a local village pub, the small church and close access to the Monsal Trail and LImestone Way. Sit and picnic by the River Wye in Cheedale, cycle to Bakewell or Buxton on the Monsal Trail and enjoy many fabulous walks in the area.
Bakewell Tannery House Self-catering Holiday Cottage accommodation
Located right in the middle of this bustling Derbyshire market town, Tannery House and its Garden Wing are amazingly quiet and peaceful, being situated in a secluded backwater. The private garden is complete with a small solar heated swimming pool, an original Bakewell well and many quiet corners in which to relax.
'An oasis of peace..' is the comment made by many new and returning guests.
The Garden Wing has full central heating, three en-suite bedrooms, living room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room (with washing and ironing facility) and an entrance hall, which can be made into a dining room if more space is required in the living room.
There are three beautiful bedrooms each with bath or shower rooms and french windows opening directly into the garden. All rooms have television, radio, hair dryer and a telephone.
The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and a television. The kitchen, which opens off the living room, is fitted with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge and a small freezer. A small utility room (off the kitchen) has washing and ironing facilities.
Tariff: The accommodation will be let to only one couple/party at any one period.Our charging policy is based upon the number of bedrooms used during the period of let.
